WisdomWay's Philosophy
At WisdomWays , we recognize that transformation is not about giving you a step by step program
to implement. Instead, we take the fundamental stance that you, individually or organizationally, have the
wisdom within you to resolve your challenges and to experience your
journey through continuous transformation.
WisdomWays provides guidance. As an external guide, we guide you or your organization to connect
with this deeper knowledge of yourself and then to guide you in building the strategy, programs and ongoing
processes to implement the desired change that is specific for you or your company. We guide you to shared
vision & purpose and we transfer these guidance skills to you so that you can independently walk your path
in wisdom.
The Demand for Continuous Improvement & Change
Never in our history has so much change been demanded of individuals and organizations in
order to survive and thrive. The forces of change are coming from both within us and externally. For
organizations, especially public ones, the stock market is putting daily pressure on leaders to provide
better results. These organizations are demanding more productivity, more creativity and more passion
from their employees. Individuals and leaders must continuously evaluate and upgrade their skills to stay
current in their jobs and employable. This is saying nothing about the daily pressures outside the workplace.
In all this, at an individual level and somewhat at an organizational level, there is
the underlying question of “Why?”. How do we find meaning in all this and is there a better way?
Is there a better way?
“Know Thyself”
Each individual and each organization is unique. They have their own personality, their own
knowledge base, their own values, beliefs and behaviors. Because of this, a process or procedure that
worked for one individual or organization, may not work for another. “Cookie-cutter solutions” which treat
the symptoms of dysfunction without the knowledge of the underlying deeper assumptions, generally only mask
the problem. To accomplish deep, lasting, rapid and continuous change, we must know ourselves and our
organizations at a deeper level. We must seek to understand & interact with others at a more
genuine level. By bringing this deeper understanding into our conscious awareness, we can then develop
solutions and take responsibility for implementing them. Knowing yourself and change are tightly linked, for
one reveals the other in a life long process.
