Mission / Values
At the deeper layers of your self or your organization, the most fundamental
drivers of whom and how you show up in the world will be your Vision,
Mission and Values. They define the basis of your culture or your personality.
The more aligned and visible these are through your actions, the more authentic you
will appear, the greater your brand recognition will be and you will have
greater motivation towards your goals.
Others will have a “feel” for what you are about, just by experiencing you.
This creates trusting relationships because you walk your talk!
Many organizations have their values on their websites or in their annual
reports, but how often are they just “window dressing”? What if everyone in your
organization automatically behaved and made decisions in ways that were
congruent with what you espouse?

Aligning Beliefs
Your beliefs affect outcomes of everything you do in your life or organization.
Henry Ford said, “If you believe you can, or you believe you can’t, you’re
right! How often do organizations attempt to create change through training
programs or structural changes only to find that people go back to their old
habits or the your culture fights the change? It typically takes a long time to
implement even small cultural changes.
Why is this so? It’s because training programs or other organizational changes
typically only work with beliefs and behaviours at the conscious level of mind.
The power of our conscious mind has been measured at about 40 bits of
information/second. Our subconscious mind on the other hand has been measured at
over 40 million bits of information/second. If we do not work with changing
beliefs we are holding at the subconscious level of mind, then conscious will
power is usually not enough to overcome our old, limiting behaviours.
WisdomWays core competency is our ability to work with the
subconscious of individuals and organizations. WisdomWays will help you to
identify where subconscious beliefs are limiting you and what beliefs you need
to be successful in reaching your goals. Once identified, we will teach you how
to change those beliefs in the subconscious mind for rapid uptake of the new
behaviours. When subconscious beliefs are changed, the new behaviour is
automatic. The process is called PER-K® (Performance
Kinesiology) With PER-K® you will be amazed how quickly old habits are replaced
with new ones and you will get greater return on investment for the training
programs you do.
Sustainability
As a child, I remember doing an experiment with fruit flies in a jar with
fruit. The flies, in this closed system, continued to multiply and multiply
until eventually there were too many flies for the available food sources and
for the space that contained it. Once the fly population reached a critical
level, the entire population rapidly died off.
In the Industrial Age, we began to use machines to rapidly exploit the
resources of the earth often without regard to the impact on the communities we
served. We behaved as if our planet was an “open system” with unlimited
resources to feed our desires. As we looked back at the earth from outer space
in the 60’s, a new world view began to emerge… that this is all we have and our
resources are truly limited.
One of the biggest challenges of our time is to come back into balance with our
environment and society while remaining profitable. Enlightened leaders know,
that they cannot continue to operate in the ways of the past without
irreversible damage to the environment and our social systems, let alone the
reputation and survival of the organization itself.
Change away from the Industrial Age way of thinking will require deep cultural
change and engaging the collective intelligence of all our stakeholders to
develop new ways of doing business and new sustainable technologies. WisdomWays
